Sarah Jane Evans MW presents 8 wines illustrating the innovation and dynamism found in the wineries and vineyards of Spain today. From current successes to future stars, this tutored tasting will put the limelight on Spain’s extraordinary diversity and offer an expert insight into the ever growing potential of new wave Spanish wines.
2pm The Evolution of Sherry
Beltrán Domecq presents an insightful masterclass into Sherry’s journey from a young, fresh vibrant wine into complex, mature aged wines. A tasting of 8 different wines will illustrate, step by step, how Sherry evolves and ages into some of the world’s most intriguing wines.
Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis on the day about 10-15 minutes before the start of each session.
Two self-pour tastings will be open to visitors from 10am until 6pm.

Tapas Revolution will serve some of talented Spanish chef Omar Allibhoy’s signature dishes for lunch. Born in Madrid and trained by the legendary Ferran Adrià of El Bulli, Omar has brought his very own brand of Spanish cooking to the UK. He opened the first Tapas Revolution in London in 2010 to great acclaim and has since been spreading his love for Spanish cuisine in all corners of the UK, from trendy Shoreditch to vibrant Birmingham.
Lunch will be served between 12pm and 2pm alongside a selection of Spanish wines.
